ABOUT THE INSTITUTE IN THE WORDS OF DIRECTOR

In the beginning my institute had a strength of twelve students only when it was started in 1986. In 1989, I was successful in all the stages of Bank of India Probationary Officer Examination. I was posted at Dhulia in Maharashtra. By that time students of my institute got selected in various Public Sector Banks and other Central Government Offices. I was convinced by the requests of many students and their parents to continue my coaching for the good of the society. Moreover, I thought it was judicious to run my institute so that many aspirants would be benefitted. Soon, I decided to quit my hard earned P.O. job without even enjoying the fruits of my efforts. There was no delay in execution and I tendered my resignation within a short span of three months. On my resignation I faced severe criticism from my near and dear. Despite all this I was abundantly self – confident and I never fell short of it. Gradually, my efforts were fruitful and the number of students in my Institute started increasing steeply. I am a true believer of sheer hard work. I always engineered my mind and body on the development of my Institute. It is true that students of my Institute are working in various banks throughout Andhra Pradesh. Students not only from my State but also from Orissa, West Bangal, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka come to my Institute for coaching leaving aside the geographical and linguistic barriers. It is no wonder to say that my students are there throughout the length and breadth of the country. It has become common in various interviews conducted by different B.S.R.B.s to consider a candidate from Andhra Pradesh to be a candidate of R.K. Study Centre. It came to my notice that in many interviews it is being asked about R.K. Study Centre : I feel proud of it and say my self whatelse I need. My elder brother Prof. P. Subba Rao, who is working in Papua New Guinea Near Australia, gives his valuable advice time to time in matter as such.

4. KRISHI award in the year 1993 from Kala Darbar, Rajahmundry.

5. ANDHRA SRI Award in the year 1995 from Kala Sravanthi, Rajahmundry
