Fixed issue for managing contracts of drivers.
Improved entering team name.

Earlier Fixes:

Fixed bug related to betting against other teams.
Fixed race points bugs
Fixed issue relating to later tutorials
Added the correct splash screen.
Allowing the turning off of Tutorials in setting screen.
L Lombardi driver is no longer so willing to drive off tracks
When exiting to main menu, you no longer restart the game with the cars of the previous saved game.
