RCI Scout is an initiative designed to give you ownership of your community and neighborhood while potentially earning life-changing sums of money, by reporting derelict, abandoned or run-down buildings in the London area.

It works in three easy steps, use the app to:

Take a picture of any empty or derelict properties you come across in the London area 


2. REPORT IT

Send us the picture and location so our research team can do all the hard work to try to restore and repopulate the property

3. EARN REWARDS

Sit back and watch your efforts translate into cash. 


- For you; If the property you scout is purchased by us - you receive a life-changing 1% of the purchase value, this is an average of £4,500. 


- And your community ; upon sale, 0.25% is donated to your local authority
