3. Why the “Merge calls’ button doesn’t work for me?

REKK records phone calls by creating a conference between you, the other party, and the REKK service number. If the “merge calls’ button doesn’t work, it means that you haven’t enabled the 3-way conference calling on your device. To enable this feature, contact your mobile carrier.

4. How many recordings can I make?

There are no limits on the number and duration of calls in REKK so you can record as many calls as you need.
