In the global hybrid workplace, organizations depend more than ever on leaders to create engagement and a sense of belonging. At evenodds we believe relational intelligence is the skill necessary to manage the new business landscape of diverse workforces as well as diverse workways.

RQ is short for relational intelligence. We intend relationally intelligent leadership because RQ builds a leadership relevant to a wider range of coworkers by increasing leaders’ awareness of how organizational culture and structure benefits or hinders employee groups.

RQ is a mobile microlearning application developed to upskill leaders on relational intelligence. It is a 30-day program with daily micro lessons adapted to the specific workplace context, enabling leaders to rethink day-to-day leadership performance in a concrete way.
