The ResilientHealth app is designed to make it easy to remember to take your transplant medications on time all the time, while maintaining your daily schedule.Allowing you to do four key things.

1. Set up a custom medication schedule

2. Receive push notification when it's time to take specific meeds

3. Create an interactive graph showing when you took and missed your meeds

4. Share this graph using email

When you turn your phone sideways your interactive graph will automatically display. When you tap on a notation on the graph, a text box will display, telling you what medications were taken and when. It's quite simple. Try it out.
