In this message, I stand on behalf of all Moroccan customers I will sum up the whole thing in two words: you're such a disappointment! We never thought that you'll let us down in such tough times. We trusted you and kept ordering as if nothing was happening. Little did we know that the customs house would charge us with additional tax fees. At least you should have notified us so that we stay updated instead of dragging us into such trap! Now all our orders are suspended and we feel clueless!
