- Check YOUR coaching session times, and move them to other times if required,

- Track YOUR daily movement and exercise,

- Track YOUR food choices, how much and when,

- Track YOUR progress in changes to YOUR body composition and anthropometry,

- Track YOUR workouts, both done with YOUR Fitness Coach and on also your own,

- Track YOUR progress towards achieving YOUR specific behavioural goals,

- Communicate with YOUR Coach and others members of the RiseFit team.
