“Route My Comps” is a mobile app for finding the Optimum Route. Route My Comps can use your device’s GPS location to determine your current location and calculate the optimum route from that current location. It can also give you turn by turn directions using Google-Maps.

This mobile App is tailor made for property appraisers who has to visit multiple properties on a day to evaluate the comparable properties. The App can use the list of “comps” you create from the MLS database and download as a CSV file. You can store this CSV file on the local device, or at any of the popular Cloud File Sharing locations like the Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive. The CSV file can have flexible format and the system can learn from your data.
