The Sacho-Dhyan app teaches the basics of meditation in Hindi as per the SSD tradition. It is organized around the seven key questions of meditation, viz. What is meditation, Why to meditate, Where to meditate, When to meditate, How to meditate, and What are the benefits of meditation. Users of the app can click on each of these questions and get the answers in audio or video formats. To practice Sacho-Dhyan meditation, click on "Lets Meditate" and choose from audio or video option.
This free app is available only on android with media in the Hindi language. English versions are expected soon. Relax, enjoy and practice Sacho-Dhyan meditation.
