SatYone Superstar est un jeu de lois sur la sécurité au travail et du travail

SatYone Superstar is a gaming app created by SMART Myanmar to teach garment factory workers about good practices for occupational safety & health in the factory and to increase awareness and knowledge on existing labour laws in Myanmar. This app uses a combination of mini games, quiz questions and character dialogue.

စက္ရံုစူပါစတား ဂိမ္းသည္ အထည္ခ်ဳပ္စက္ရံုအလုပ္သမားမ်ားအတြက္ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ေဘးအႏၱရာယ္ လုံုံၿခံဳကင္းရွင္းေရး ၊ က်န္းမာေရးဆိုင္ရာအေလ့အက်င့္ေကာင္းမ်ားကို သင္ၾကားေပးရန္ႏွင့္ လက္ရွိ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံအလုပ္သမား ဥပေဒႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္သည့္ အသိအျမင္မ်ားအားျမွင့္တင္ေပးရန္ SMART Myanmar မွ ဖန္တီးထားသည့္ ဂိမ္းတစ္ခုျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ဤဂိမ္းတြင္ ဂိမ္းကစားျခင္း ၊ အေမးအေျဖမ်ား ႏွင့္ ေဆြးေႏြးေျပာဆိုျခင္းမ်ားကို ေပါင္းစပ္ထည့္သြင္းထားပါသည္။

This app is not meant to be comprehensive or authoritative. It is educational in approach and aims to teach basic knowledge on good practices via interactive game play.

Major contents within the app are focused on:

Dialogue between characters: labour laws & rights regarding leave requests, wages benefits & deductions, freedom of association & grievance mechanisms, working hours & overtime, labour contracts & HR policies.

Mini games: health & safety in the factory, fire prevention & suppression, fire evacuation, basic electrical safety, basic chemical safety, sharp tools, PPE & first aid, general working conditions

Quizzes: Health & safety in the factory and labour laws & rights.

Funding for SMART Myanmar is provided by the European Union with co-funding from the German government BMZ. Co-funding to develop this game has been provided by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) under their project Social and Labour Standards in the Textile and Garment Sector in Asia.
