* Changed "Creating Folders and or Setting Their Fields" to "Creating Folders"
* Fixed bug where the app would sometimes crash when calling requestWindowFeature(Window.FEATURE_NO_TITLE) in the UploadDialog
* Fixed bug on some versions of android where YYYY in SimpleDateFormat is not supported so use yyyy instead
* Made the consent be after the whole PDF in the ConditionsActivity
