SELCo services to charge electricity meter (Landis + Gyr) via SMS

SELCo Services application development by South Electricity Company (SELCO).

This application facilitate customer to do electricity meter charge of the type (Lands + Gyr), by sending an SMS with meter number to the company, then company send back SMS for the customer with charge code.

Meters number are stored on the application, and send the meter number to the company's phone number 0597771222.
