You also have the option to receive a pulse on demand ("Instant pulse")

Once you've initiated the "Pulse machine," you will receive a pulse every 20 to 40 minutes. You can customize the application's behavior with the following settings:

"Discrete Notification": does not display the pulse discreetly; it's up to you when to read it.

"Always vibrate": vibrates even in "Do Not Disturb" mode.

"Distant pulse": if enabled, the interval between pulses is set to one to two hours.
