ServiceMan is not a conventional home or business service provider as it doesn’t own vehicles, equipment nor does it have have any employed service providers. However, it is simply a free platform that allows consumers through a smartphone application to summon pre-approved, rated, insured, licensed and screened service providers of their preference. The user can select from over 400 categories of services and the user can view the prices they will pay via our ServiceMan Transparent Pricing Guide. ServiceMan Pros have agreed to a standard service call fee of $65 dollars and mark-up on materials will not exceed 20%. Unlike our competitors ServiceMan doesn’t take a profit on the project, charge customers or ServiceMen Pro’s monthly subscription fees. ServiceMan is a neutral marketplace!
