Introducing the Brazilian Society of Television Engineering (SET), a not-for-profit technical and scientific association whose primary objective is to develop technical knowledge across the entire electronic media chain, from production to delivery.

This application provides information and news about the entity, the contact point and content about its profiles on social networks, the highlight being SET EXPO, the largest broadcast and new media event in Latin America. Using the app, you will have access to the SET Expo Conference agenda, the speakers’ biographies, the trade show floor plan, information about the exhibitors, news and exclusive resources like routes from Google Maps indicating how to get to the event, earmarking the sessions that interest you and receiving important notifications.

About SET

Founded in March 1988, SET consists of technology and operations companies and professionals, and represents the largest forum for discussing standards and trends in the electronic content creation, management and delivery/distribution market in Brazil.

In addition to SET Expo, every year the entity organizes a series of educational and informative activities intended for business, such as regional seminars and an international seminar that takes place at the NAB Show, in Las Vegas (USA).

SET produces a huge amount of information that is available in publications such as the official site (www.set.org.br), the SET Magazine, electronic newsletters and the International Journal of Broadcast Engineering (SET IJBE) scientific magazine. Furthermore, it has cooperation and partnership agreements with about 20 local entities operating on the electronic media and broadcasting market.
