The user will also be able to chat with the driver in real time. The user will be notified about each and every step of the delivery such as when the driver accepts the task request, the driver picks up the shipment, and when the driver has reached his/her destination. The user will get all the shipment information on the phone beginning from driver details, vehicle details, delivery options, and billing details on the SHIPD application.
