Early life

Joshi made her television debut in 2013 with Zee TV show Khelti Hai Zindagi Aankh Micholi as Nisha. Subsequently, she went on to play Aayat Haider in Beintehaa and Poonam Thakur in Begusarai, opposite Vishal Aditya Singh.

In 2016, Joshi started playing Naira Singhania Goenka in Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai which brought her popularity. In January 2021, his character Naira was killed following Joshi's re-entry as Sirat Shekhawat Goenka, who looks like Naira. As Joshi and Mohsin Khan decided to quit the show in October 2021 due to their personal reasons, the second character in the show (Sirat Shekhawat Goenka) who was also much appreciated and loved alongside Kartik's character was killed paving the way for a generational leap into the show.
