Android v23 (Marshmallow) asks for users permissions at run time rather than install, so I've had to add in a splash screen to provide a sensible point to check and ask.

I've updated the hill listings and modified the database structure. There are now 224,891 hills listed in the app, and the database is half the previous size! New installs are fine, but I'm not sure updates are clearing the cache thoroughly, so a manual clear or reinstall may help if you have a shortage of space!
