- Added Navigation Bar Toggle in Global Settings for those that cannot hide their Navigation Bar

Setup:
- Turn dock off in Nova or your Launcher
- Set Homescreen to 1 Page
- Ensure Homescreen is blank
- Hide Statusbar using your Launcher settings
- Using Expanded Desktop is recommended
