The Smart-FM Attendance app is a part of the Smart-FM (www.smart-fm.in) cloud platform for Facility Management of offices & branch networks.
Before using this app, the staff details along with photo are entered online and a QR code is generated for each person.
The workflow of the Smart-FM Attendance app is as follows
- The user scans the QR code (or Searches by ID) and the user’s details are shown
- The user can change the Shift, and click on the In or Out buttons
- The current location of the user is detected and compared to the branch’s saved location
- The user then takes a selfie, which is matched with the saved photo using Face Recognition
- If the face matches and the user is in the branch location then the In/Out time is recorded
