This version brings a bunch of new features and improvements to the chatbot. Last month, we introduced support for automatically tagging conversations. Now, you can also automatically tag contacts. Speaking of contacts, the chatbot can now collect contact information for you. It can ask visitors for their name, email, or phone number and even require consent with GDPR.
