BOX N RIDE NZ is a high intense workout combining two of the worlds two fittest diciplines,

to create this new revolutionary workout, incorporating the latest boxing technology The Boxmaster

& spin bike to create this super intense workout!

We have one off sessions, consessions & memberships also available!

With only 24spots available per class you can make bookings online, make online payments via credit card as well as become a member online!

We offer 6 classes a day 5 days a week & 1 on the weekend, all at times convinient to you! So dont worry you'll never miss a class!

We also offer a small but spacious "private" training facilty for those who would like to further there training experience & go that extra mile to really make a difference! This private area includes a treadmill, rower, free weights, leg press, kettlebells & the latest NEW G6 functional Trainer that does everything a fully equipped gym does! With use of your own private sauna this added feature to our studio really sets us aside from your normal recreational gym! If interested in use of this private area please enquire within!
