Immediate reporting of quality of life issues, hazards and general issues is important to keeping our Borough a great place to live, work and visit. From pothole reporting, to a street light out to graffiti on a wall. Snap a picture, launch the app, send the issue to Borough Hall and we will register the receipt with you and advise you when the issue has been resolved. Somerville residents and visitors can use Somerville Direct to notify the Borough and receive status updates as the issues are resolved. Somerville Direct is a free application that allows you to report community issues, pinpoint the issue location with GPS, and attach photos right from your mobile device. With Somerville Direct, you can report:
