1. Open the app and tell us if you would like a chip repair or a replacement.

2. The app uses your location or you select a location to meet the tech

3. There will be a description of your tech, including picture and vehicle. You can track their

location/arrival on the app.

4. Payment can be made in cash or credit card directly from your account within the app.

Receipt will be provided electronically.

5. Rate your technician and provide feedback to help us improve the Spyder Crack experience.

Spyder Crack also offers small dent repair and windshield conditioning treatment (treatment done

on site by your technician as requested).
