ABOUT SQL IN THE CITY

Since 2011, we’ve hosted 14 full-day SQL in the City events, bringing together database professionals, the SQL Server community, and Red Gate for an awesome day of SQL Server training the Red Gate way. Thousands of data professionals have had the opportunity to meet the faces behind Red Gate’s ingeniously simple tools, and to learn valuable knowledge about key SQL Server topics.

The idea is simple: we like meeting you face-to-face at conferences like PASS Summit, TechEd, DevConnections, and SQL Bits, but those events don’t always give you the opportunity to learn more about Red Gate tools that link up with the SQL Server problems you’re trying to solve. Often there isn’t enough break-time for you to have in-depth discussion with Red Gate developers, product managers, and of course of top SQL Server MVP speakers.

To fill this gap we decided to host our own events for you, your boss, your team, and the SQL Server community, offering a unique educational training experience. The events are also a great chance for you to tell us in-person what you think about the Red Gate tools you use and what you’d like from us next. We’ll listen to you, thank you, and hope you’ll enjoy the SQL Server training that will enhance your skills and, give you that Friday feeling.

In 2014 SQL in the City will be back in London and Seattle! The London event will take place on October 24 (before Tech Ed Europe) and Seattle on November 3 (before PASS Summit). At both events we’re teaming up with some top presenters (who are experts in SQL Server) at fantastic venues, so you can learn more about SQL Server and Red Gate tools, whilst networking with hundreds of other like-minded software devs and DBAs.
