There is no perma-death, but death in Star Nomad stings, so take care! When your ship blows up, the lifepod is rescued & you will return to a safe location. Insurance will payout for ships beyond the starter Nomad at 85% of their Credit value. Insurance fully (100%!) covers lost modules.

In Star Nomad, you roam free in the Wildlands Sector immersed in a sci-fi noir setting rich in depth and humor. All of the game's sandbox elements are free to play but the Story Campaign & Bonus Ships requires a one-time restore-able IAP (Elite Mode). Elite pilots are also paid 25% extra credits by the Mercenary & Merchants Guild.

Veteran Elite Mode is for players from older versions who have purchased any IAPs, they can unlock the game at a discount so Google's server can keep track & restore the unlock for future installs.

[Story Campaign]

The first "Prelude Completed" scene in Gemini is the half way mark of the story-line. To proceed on the 2nd half, re-enter Gemini & talk to Erica Price again.
