Added optional "Discard button" option (disabled by default).
When enabled - each notification would show small 'DISCARD' button at the bottom, and unless notification is removed via this button - it would re-appear after it is removed. Helpful if you worried about accidental swiping notification from the lock screen and missing it.
This new functionality is still beta, please use with caution.
