Added the following items to the vessel summary tab:

* New display for numerical data relating to the vessel’s last position.

* Location and details of the nearest port to the vessel.

* Location and details of the nearest weather / sea-state to the vessel (nowcast, forecast, and observations).

Some improvements to handling of network connectivity issues.
