- Added Weight Combination Calculator tool. Given a defined set of plate weights it can calculate the various combinations of weight you can place on a bar for a given exercise. It also proposes an optimal combination that's supposed to give you the least number of plates to switch between warmup and working sets.
- Minor visual tweaks and fixes.
