all features below for whom using Strong Egg1 (KWD-B2600)

※SC Egg1 Status features:

1. Show signal strength on notification bar

-Without taking Egg out of bag, You can view signal strength by easy-to recognize icons mimiced Holo UI.

2. Power Options: Sleep / Reboot / Turn off

-Without need to push power button, You can sleep＊, reboot, turn off Egg

＊Sorry, You cannot sleep CompactEgg 1.

3. Retrieve metrics from KT

-You can get accurate measures from KT, without get in to Webpage.

4. Retrieve metrics from Egg itself＊

-When KT doesn't provide measures well, You can check measures from Egg itself as a plan B.

＊Sorry, You cannot check measures from CompactEgg1 itself.

5. Show Connection info.

-Shows Egg's IP, gateway, DNS over KT's Wibro network.

6. Show AP name.

-Shows your device's IP on Egg, Egg's AP name and MAC address.

7. Show remaining battery.

-Without picking up and see the lights, You can check remaining batteries of Egg.

8. Open KT Customer Service app or web

-Want to check plans or measures more accurate? You can get in reach of KT Customer Service webpage.

9. Open Router's page(WebCM), KOREAN

-You don't need to type numbers like '192.168.1.254'. pick 'Open Router's page' this app will do that for you!

※Frequently Asked Questions

1. It's quite annoying keep opening app and turning on notification icons every time.

-You can set turn on notification icons when your Egg is connected. refer third screenshot.

-We have lighter option: only show signal strength. refer last screenshot.

-If you use taskkillers, EXclude this app OR not functional until you open this app.

＊We recommend lighter option for CompactEgg1. faster refresh.

2. Icons got disappeared and popping up when turn screen on.

-It's by design to reduce battery use, This app won't refresh and show icon when screen is off.

3. App keeps failing get measures

-This App gets and shows information from Egg;connects to KT and get measures. so if Egg failes to do so, this app also fails get accurate measures. You can still get in reach of them if you tap 'See details on KT C/S…' and follow instructions.

4.＊ Can't sleep CompactEgg1 / "Used this session" is always 0

-Sorry for inconvinience. CompactEgg1 lacks some features provided in StrongEgg1, such as getting measures from Egg itself, and sleeping itself.

5. I opened Router's page and it requests ID and Password, what should I put?

If you changed nothing from factory state. put (without quotes) 'user' and '0000' for ID and password. Remember Router's page only be provided in Korean.
