The classical texts of Ayurveda were written with the hope that it will help future generations to stay healthy. But as the years have unfolded, practice of Ayurveda has largely remained “cure” centered, ignoring the “wellness or prevention” side. Ayurveda has always been linked to traditions, but there have been spectacular advances in the past few decades proving that Ayurvedic science is not just traditional but Scientific. In last few decades, Ayurveda has flourished to some extent, but this is just the tip of iceberg, many of the wellness measures that were offered in written classical texts of Ayurveda are slowly being waned or perhaps have totally disappeared. “Swasti Ayurveda” meaning “Ayurveda for wellness” is a concept that has evolved after deep learning of these facts, with the intentions to reach out to the sufferers with authentic Ayurveda, and to the young scientists of Ayurveda empowering them with the knowledge to make them competent enough to be able to explore the treasure of Ayurveda.

The root thought of coming up with “Swasti Ayurveda” was to preserve our ancient science.

Our Vision-

“To set highest standards of wellness through Ayurveda for the benefit of humanity, to empower young scientists of Ayurveda with evidence based scientific knowledge of Ayurveda to make them competent enough to be able to serve humanity through authentic Ayurveda, and to provide education about the waning concepts of Ayurveda through online courses and materials.”The rationale behind establishment of Swasti Ayurveda is to spread awareness about the need and measures for keeping oneself healthy and avoiding illness rather than approaching for treatment after getting diseased.

We have taken upon ourselves the mission to benefit the society with the wealth of Ayurveda and to create awareness about wellness though Ayurveda.
