We the management and staff of the Lovebug Corporation, LLC decided to start the company primarily because we saw a need, and felt that we would utilize our expertise to be of service. The easiest way to let you know of who we are, and to say why this company was started is to tell you a little about our lives. We are ordinary people, who are looking to find those special persons, with whom we feel that we can spend the rest of our lives, a young lady or gentleman with whom we can share, our hopes, dreams and aspirations. We know it seems hard to find, but it is our belief that true love does exist, and that individuals can find it if they follow their hearts.

For this and numerous other reasons we decided to start a website which would be of assistance to individuals who might be experiencing similar circumstances. To do this we first decided to obtain the skills of a team of creative, intelligent, and efficient computer programmers to assist in making our dream a reality. We will forever be indebted to the management and staff of Thyme Online for organizing, developing, and honing our thoughts and thereby creating this website.

We incorporated the company in March 2005, in the state of Delaware, and we launched the website later on during that year.

We think that the primary reason for which we started the site is because, it is our belief that all persons will seek love, companionship, or friendship at some point during their lifetime, and if we can make this process a little easier, and be of some service, then possibly our lives would not have been in vain.
