Relaxed logic that formats phone numbers. Now we accept any string, strip out the non-digits, and accept the string if it is 10 digits long, or 11 digits long and begins with 0 or 1. This fixed the issue where numbers wouldn’t always show up in the contacts list if the formatting didn’t match what we were expecting.

Also fixed crash issue for Android 4.0.3 users. Android 4.1+ users don't experience this issue.
