1. Did you have the Right Time to do your work?

That is, without rushing, taking shortcuts or being pressured?

2. Did you have the Right People to do the work?

The right numbers of people, the right skill set?

3. Did you have the Right Information to do your work?

The right work instructions, job information, maps, technical plans?

4. Did you have the Right Equipment to do your work?

The right tools, protective equipment, consumables, software, vehicles etc?

Score each question from 1-10 with 10 being the highest.

10 means you had what you needed and your work is safe and going great!

1 is the lowest and means there were major problems.
