I-Shape is a Mobile based Application available for Android and iOS users. It is generally observed that the failure of a Nutrition or Exercise routine is mainly due to the lack of discipline shown by the clients.

It is sometimes due to the lack of Supervision and gradual loss of motivation that causes the Client to loose discipline. Sometimes the client does not follow the diet / exercises for 2-3 days in a row and feels unmotivated to continue the regime and stops completely.

When the client comes for consultations, you can prepare the Diet and the exercise regime on the Back end of the app , either through your PC or your Mobile phone.

In addition to the Diet and exercises you will also have to allocate the amount of calories that needs to be Burnt through out the day and at each meal. Also, the type of exercise and amount of Calories to be burnt will have to be defined.

Once the parameters are set, the clients can start using the APP.

The client will have to input his/her food consumption as it is consumed. The APP has inbuilt database of more than 3,000 Indian food items. If you disagree with some parameters of the Database, each Nutritionist is given a freedom to change the database for her own clients

The APP will automatically assign and display the calories consumed by the client.

The Client will be always aware and alert to the consumption of food that has taken place and what additional is allowed and will act more judiciously.

Similarly for all the physical activities conducted should be logged immediately the app will display the calories burnt for each activity and also for what is burnt through the day.

Reminders for Water and Medicine intake will be given through timely notifications.

At the back end the data will be available to you on real time and course correction can happen faster.

Communication between the client and you will be very strong.

The probability of Diet success will also increase due to course correction.

Daily, Monthly data will be stored for proper analysis.

This will be a very strong tool and will enhance her brand value.

Instructions including appointment scheduling etc. can be communicated easily to the client.

The probability of client retainment will increase substantially.
