What's New:
1.Now Military Academy is available at lv10 instead of lv6.
2.Lower the level limitation of officer level by Command Center.
3.Now all the four skill pools of all officers become one. Four passive skills pools are shared.
4.New equipment(including gears) Now the attack of officers can be increased!
5.Officer Attack Leaderboard added. Changed Equipment Score Leaderboard to Equipment Attack Leaderboard.

Optimization:
Monthly Card screen optimized. New types of Monthly Cards added.
