Android Permissions used:

- BILLING: To access the In-App Purchase

- READ_PHONE_STATE: To turn the metronome off when a phone call is received

- WAKE_LOCK: Prevents the metronome from being stopped after a long time

- INTERNET: For ads to load

- ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Allows app to check for network before loading an ad

- ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION: Allows the app to display more relevant ads to the user based on location
