Text to HTML Converter

In this release we include the ability to use FTP to upload the html content a user speciifed server. The uploaded html file will be named the same as the title field. If the title is not specified a default value is used. The media added to the file will be uploaded along with the html content in a relative path.
To use this feature the user will need to agree to allow internet access to the app.
