Get your best travel option by public transport in the West Midlands!

Traveling around the West Midlands has never been easier. With our journey planner, you can select your best route by private and public transport. The app allows you to:

o Select the quickest route by private ar

o Select the (most eco-friendly) route by public transport or bicycle

o Fare calculation for public transport

Our TfWM Trip Planner furthermore has the big additional advantage that you now also see the price for public transport tickets. It couldn’t be any easier!

How does it work? As simple as the following steps!

o Select your origin and your destination (either by typing in an address with auto-completion, or pointing on a map)

o Modify your preferences if necessary

o Hit “Go!”

o The app will now give you detailed (turn-by-turn) instructions to continue your journey

The app allows you to modify your preferences, for example to select how the app presents its routes to you: the most eco-friendly, the least walking distance, or the least number of transfers.

The TfWM Trip Planner was developed as part of the European HoPE FP7 research project. It is an open management platform, capable of combining different services oriented towards a more efficient and sustainable use of public transport and awareness of eco-mobility. Our app is completely free and ad-free.
