1. Uniting all the Tharus of Nepal from east Mechi to west Mahakali, encouraging Tharu youths regarding Tharu culture, and talking about the awareness.

2. Publishing interviews of Tharu personalities, poems, and stories in Tharu language. And news/info, related to the Tharus.

3. Preserving Tharu folk songs and dances, Saving Tharu's identity.

4. Advertising Tharu cultural dress, face, ornaments, and handmade equipment. Also newly launched books, music albums by Tharus. Thus aiding in its preservation.

5. Acting as a bridge/media between Tharu peoples and ongoing any Tharu related programs. TC aids in the exchange of cultural differences among the same Tharus of different places of Nepal.

6. Organizing various contests, competitions, seminars to build up the confidence level in the Tharus.

7. Tharu Community helps the outer world to know about the very details of the indigenous Tharus.
