Save your files. Save your time. Health files mobile application enables you to save time, effort and money when you visit a healthcare facility. This application saves you time and money by allowing you to re-use your medical record forms every time you visit a doctor’s office. The Health Files App allows you to securely save photos of your health files and e-mail them to your doctor. This can save you time and energy and the cost, discomfort and complications of unnecessarily repeating recently completed diagnostic tests. Your Medical Records contain important and sensitive personal and health Information.

The Privacy of your personal and health Information is protected by Federal Laws referred to as HIPAA and the Health Files apps ensures a safe and secure check in and follows proper procedures when releasing your medical records to you. The Health Files App makes it easy to save, organize and retrieve your most important and pertinent health files.

The app uses the device Camera to take photos. The photos are then stored in designated files in the App itself. They can not be stored or moved to or uploaded from the Camera Roll or cloud services. Each photo has a Date stamp that can not be tempered with.

Regulatory agencies and scientific organizations recommend that the healthcare providers should monitor their patients’ use of controlled medication as prescribed through random recalls and office visits for pill count according to specific guidelines. It would be difficult for the healthcare providers to monitor MOST of their patients who are prescribed controlled substances as recommended.

​The Health Files app allows healthcare providers to monitor their patients who are prescribed controlled medication easily, frequently and effectively.

Besides, many patients will not be able to go to the healthcare providers' practices as scheduled for various reasons. This would be interpreted as patients' failure to adhere to the use of controlled medication as prescribed and failure to comply with the Controlled Substance Agreement they have signed in their healthcare providers' practices. This might result in the patients dismissal from the practices.

The Health Files app allows patients to document their adherence to the use of controlled medication as prescribed and their compliance with the controlled substance agreements without going to their healthcare providers’ practices or paying the fee or co-pay for their office visits for pill count.​
