* Fixed order mode so you can change the volume for a variable volume gas item
* Roll the same lot #’s up into one record with the total quantity
* Consolidate comments and display all in the order details page
* Add item counter for all item type headings
* Allow entry of payment reference number in the Order Confirmation page
* Update receipt printing logic to include the order type and payment details
