Bug fixes for errors a user has kindly notified me of as well as some other improvements.
- Formatting of algebraic expressions improved
- Fixed norm and average functions to accept matrices
- solvepoly bug corrected (a self-check is run and message displayed if no solution found)
- TLScripting link removed as not functional
- Stopped on-screen keyboard from popping up for Lollipop and newer
- Tweaked appearance
- 1.19.3: fixed diff command
