To book an appointment

To Book is an app for ordering hour, for example hairdressers, car repair shop, doctor ...

The only thing you need is phone for business and that business is registered in the system with the telephone number.

Customer:

1.      Enter telephone number you want to book appointments with.

2.      If the phone number does not exist in the system, you will be prompted to send a message asking them to download the app and register.

3.      If the phone number is in the system, you come in and start signing with your name, phone number, date, time, gender and what you want to do (for example: I want to make an appointment for cutting hair...).

4.      Click Send order. You will get a feedback on sms if order is accepted or rejected.

Business:

1.      Select log in on the upper right corner.

2.      Select sign in if you are already registered

3.      Enter email address and password

4.      Select sign up if you have not registered before.

6.      Enter email address and password.

7.      Choose between monthly or yearly (You have 60 days trial period)

8.      Wait...

9. After the payment process is completed, an email for verification send to you. Authenticate yourself by click on the link.

10. Coming back to the app, login and update business information like: Name, phone number, address and some free text like: Welcome to us...

11. Done.

12. Log into the app to see all active orders you got sms message.

13.  Click the item on the list and choose to reject or approve the order. A text message with the status then sends the order.

14.  Approved order ports on approved tab.

15.  Rejected order ports the rejected tab.

16.  Delete Appoved/Rejected orders by click on the item and choose Delete
