I recently read the book Awaken the Giant Within because I had lost my job, and was struggling with finding direction in my life. After answering the Morning Power Questions as part of my morning routine, I realised that I had found an inspirational way to start my day.

Over time, I wanted to record my answers and reward myself for sticking to the program, so I wrote this app so that I could complete my daily ritual, even while travelling. Some friends saw the app and asked me to share it with them. Since then, I have worked to make it more intuitive and have released it for all to use for free.
