Tos app - all you have to do is install it on your smartphone to comfortably view and accept invoices. You are not limited by lack of your computer, all you need is smartphone with online access. To log in to the app you have to use the same data you use to log in do https://start.tosend.pl/login. Mobile app, as the whole system, ensures data security.

Tos app allows:

- preview of invoices received on tos account,

- confirmation of received invoices,

- confirmation of an received invoice in mobile app is equal to including it in revenue and expense ledger and VAT registry in the web version of the program.

Web version of tos is a system for the safe and free shipping to any number of e-invoices to you clients. 2 seconds after the transaction e-invoices are available to the issuer and recipient of the invoice without printing it or sending by e-mail. The buyer may accept the invoice at any time and it will automatically enroll in revenue and expense ledger and VAT registry, which are tos modules.

There is a possibility of automatic export/import of invoices to/from the most popular accounting programs. Tos also has API, which enables integration with other accounting systems or ERP.
