Local experts may describe the most interesting neighborhoods, the best places to dine and shop, or the history of the region.

When you launch the TourBlend App, content for the nearest region is automatically loaded, but you can select other regions as well. You can then explore the region using "tours", which are a group of related attractions such as local museums or a walk through a trendy or historic neighborhood. You can also find specific attractions using "themes", such as "food" to find restaurants where the locals like to dine.

When you get near any attraction on your selected tour, such as an art museum or park, the TourBlend App can automatically play audio or video clips to welcome you and describe the attraction. You might learn more about the attraction from historic photos or web links.

Some attractions, such as a zoo or festival, may use TourBlend to tell you about different exhibits or events taking place within their venue. For example, the zoo staff might show you where some of their most popular exhibits are located, and how various animals are feed and cared for.

The content used by the TourBlend App can be instantly updated by local experts, so it should always be current. Content for new regions is being developed, so the TourBlend App will be helping you explore other areas very soon.
