Tracmo Care App can help you monitor the activities of your beloved family members when you’re not with them and notify you when there’s an emergency situation.

Here are the features of Tracmo Care App.

1. Pedometer

On the Tracmo Care app, you can see how many steps taken at a real-time when the Tracmo Watch is near the Tracmo Station. If the user of Tracmo Watch is away from the Tracmo Station, once they are near the Station, then the number of steps data would be updated automatically.

To make this feature works, make sure you have completed the set up of Tracmo Watch and Tracmo Station.

2. Monitor the current activities

You can see the last activity time of the Tracmo Watch user along with their current location. The type of activities that can be detected is when they press the button of Tracmo Watch, walk around, or open a door or window that has been attached with Tracmo trackers.

3. Send SOS alert

Tracmo Watch user can send an SOS alert when they need help in an emergency situation by simply pressing both Watch buttons for 2 seconds. Then, the family members who have the Tracmo Care App installed and signed in with the same account will get a sound alert and notification.

4. Arrival/departure alert

Once the Tracmo Station is setup at the house, whenever the Tracmo Watch user leaves or arrives at the house, the family members who have the Tracmo Care App installed and signed in with the same account will get a notification. You can enable and disable this alert as you needed.

5. Moving alert

Moving alert is triggered when a movement in your Tracmo trackers is detected. You can attach Tracmo trackers to certain part or item at your house, such as window, to get notified when someone opens the window. You can enable and disable this alert as you needed.

6. Long time inactivity notification

If there is no activity detected for more than 12 hours from the Tracmo Watch user and Tracmo trackers, you will be notified so that you can check on them.
