TransGanizer is an online community of Entrepreneurs who come together to discuss, learn and stay updated with the latest trends in the industry helping them in the path of growth. It helps them in establishing constant communication with TransGanization School of Thought thus helping in easy flow of information and knowledge.

It captures the essence of our other two programmes (Gyan and Prayog) and does the functionality of integrating both of them. We stay in constant touch with our Entrepreneurs by providing them with inputs to improve their understanding of the concepts taught during Gyan. Also through this, we eliminate the drawbacks of physical presence with our Prayog believers as they can resolve any concern experienced during the implementation anytime.

It is an essential part in ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization as we believe that even a transformed organization needs constant monitoring and we take up this responsibility through Anubhav.

TransGanization School of Thought (T.S.O.T) is an intense school of thought that exists to work with the organizations and is built keeping only Entrepreneur and his day to day struggles in mind.

An entrepreneur has 2 personalities in him, an irrational dreamer who is full of madness and a rational, thought provoking and down to earth individual. The conflict of these two personalities creates the dreams into realities and if one of them becomes stronger than the other at any given time either the dream is not formed or post forming it loses luster which leads to the fall of him and the organization he built.

Hence, to cater to the above problem T.S.O.T provides him with a process of internal healing which needs to be carried out at every moment. This healing has to be done keeping his business environment (which is in a state of constant change) in mind and it’s not just the spiritual healing. Thus, Transformation as an exercise cannot “BEGIN” or “END” anywhere, it is the “Constant” & “Conscious” effort to keep oneself updated.

In the world where there are multiple schools of thought, we believe that there is a huge gap between the Management thinking “TAUGHT” in the Management schools and management thinking “REQUIRED” by the Entrepreneurs.

Although T.S.O.T is a universal concept, it is directly relevant in the emerging markets. We define it as -

This process involves changing people, processes systems, leadership, culture and other internal aspects to sustain competitive advantage and growth."
